Available Protection Plans
1 Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty
Whether at a tradeshow or at the office, your giant IPhone will be covered for the year. A manufacturer’s limited warranty covering parts from third parties is included with every Padzilla. Crunchy Tech will file a warranty claim with the manufacturer for the new part if one is required. Following issuance of the part, it will be put back together and sent back to the customer. Shipping the device to Crunchy Tech for initial evaluation and repair is the customer’s responsibility.
1 Year Hardware Protection Plan
A manufacturer’s limited warranty covering parts from third parties is included with every Padzilla. When a replacement part is required under the 1 Year Hardware Protection Plan, Crunchy Tech will replace the part from our own inventory to speed up the repair. We want you to have your Padzilla ready for any event or tradeshow at the earliest convenience. The units will be put together and delivered to the customer. Shipping the device to Crunchy Tech for initial evaluation and repair is the customer’s responsibility.
2 Year Hardware Protection Plan
When a replacement part is required under the 2 Year Hardware Protection Plan, Crunchy Tech will complete the repair by substituting the item from our own inventory. Your giant iPhone reassembled will be delivered to you. Shipping the device to Crunchy Tech for initial evaluation and repair is the customer’s responsibility.
3 Year Hardware Protection Plan
When a replacement part is required under the 3 Year Hardware Protection Plan, Crunchy Tech will quickly complete the repair by substituting the item from our own inventory. The giant touch screen tablet units will be delivered to the customer. Shipping the device to Crunchy Tech for initial evaluation and repair is the customer’s responsibility.
